– Water-resistant waterproofing material mixed into concrete
Ultrachem Integral is an additive for concrete,
screed, designed to make it watertight, resistant to water pressure up to
10bar. The occurrence of crystal grains that can not be broken with water so as
to make the concrete, screed become watertight. This material will cause the
formation of crystal grains that will withstand water pressure, a reduction in
the amount of water, and an increase in the workability of concrete.
Suitable for use in mass concrete waterproofing which
is usually difficult when using waterproofing membrane materials such as slabs
and basement walls, water tanks, underground tunnel channels, cable channels
etc. Also effectively used for outdoor screeds and mortar for vertical walls in
residential houses and apartments, etc.
Composition
Ultrachem Integral is a stabilizer in the form of
synthetic esters, in combination with lignosulphonate to reduce water content.
