Flexible Cement Waterproofing Material
Ultrachem Hyper is a waterproofing material made
mainly of cement and acrylic. Consists of 2 components, namely powder and
liquid which are packaged separately ready to be mixed and stirred evenly. When
still wet, the mixture will form a liquid cement paste and once dry it will
become a thin sheet that is flexible, watertight and strong.
Designed to coat concrete to make it watertight in wet
areas such as swimming pools, water tanks and also protect certain areas such
as basements, concrete roofs and gutters.
Composition
Ultrachem Hyper liquid contains materials such as high
quality rubber (latex), namely acrylic and the addition of several chemicals in
the form of liquids. Ultrachem Hyper powder contains cement type 1, very fine
silica sand and also chemical additives in powder form.
Packaging
25 Kg/Bag (Powder Powder) + 10 Kg/Can (liquid) = 35
Kg/Set
Both components may be used partially as long as they
are mixed with a fixed ratio of powder: liquid = 2.5: 1
